Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven experience in the hospitality and short-let industry to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that drive bookings, enhance brand visibility, and engage guests. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of vacation rentals, Airbnb/short-let listings, and guest expectations, and can translate this knowledge into high-performing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Execution

  2. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for short-let properties.

  3. Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.

  4. Monitor trends and adjust campaigns to meet seasonal demands and occupancy targets.

  5. Social Media Management

  6. Create engaging content showcasing properties, guest experiences, and brand personality.

  7. Manage daily posting, stories, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn (if relevant).

  8. Respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews to build strong guest relationships.

  9. Content & Creative

  10. Write compelling ad copy, blogs, and email campaigns focused on bookings and guest engagement.

  11. Coordinate professional photoshoots and video content for property promotion.

  12. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

  13. SEO & Website Management

  14. Optimize property listings for search engines (Airbnb SEO, Google My Business, website).

  15. Track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and implement improvements for better conversion.

  16. Analytics & Reporting

  17. Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, cost per booking, conversion rates, and ROI.

  18. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.

  19. Partnerships & Collaborations

  20. Work with influencers, travel bloggers, and local businesses to promote properties.

  21. Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and guest experience enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in hospitality, short-let management, or vacation rentals.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
