Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office operates smoothly.Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.Generate and process purchase orders for necessary supplies, equipment, and aesthetic products.Ensure that all procurement activities align with the established budgetary constraints.Keep track of inventory levels for skincare products and office supplies. Conduct quality assessments of received supplies and products to ensure they meet the clinic's standards.Generate regular reports on procurement costs and savings for management review.Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among team members.Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance of the clinic's facilities, including repairs and upgrades.Supervise maintenance officers to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and licensing requirements.File hard copies of tax remittances and attend to tax-related matters.Lodgment of cash to the bank and P.O.S. reconciliation.Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and procedures.Address day-to-day challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
