Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for clients on all service delivery related issues.
  • Take ownership of briefs and answer them to a very high standard.
  • Distill all briefs, identifying and clarifying business, marketing and communication objectives.
  • Lead fully integrated strategies across a range of channels including advertising, digital, events and customer engagement as required.
  • Provide support in developing and presenting new strategic opportunities for the agency.
  • Deliver outstanding client and consumer insights to strengthen new businesses.
  • Identify and optimize business development opportunities
  • Ensure that clients and the agency are aligned on key performance metrics, establish realistic business goals, and provide accountability through detailed reporting.
  • Manage inter-functional relationships, and stimulate all internal agency partners for great ideas to be generated on a CONTINUOUS and CONSISTENT basis.
  • Achieve and maintain client satisfaction level to 100% on all accounts within your portfolio.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming meetings and drive creative sessions.
  • Ensure Zero account loss due to brand operational and strategic issues.
  • Initiate and lead brand reviews, internally and externally, and ensure annual brand plans and consumer engagement strategies are developed in conjunction with clients at the start of the business year.
  • Maximize agreed margins through Cost Optimization Internal checks at the cost centers to avoid revenue loss.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
