- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our office operations and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently
