Come and join the worldâs leading Insurance Broker as a Multinational Client Advisor.
Working within a dedicated team to provide a full Advisory/Executive service to an existing book of Multinational clients, you will focus on building strong relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for a market-leading, global organization.
You will be responsible for servicing your own dedicated book of clients which will involve managing renewals, invoicing, identifying client needs, mid-term adjustments and generally handling any queries that come through from your dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner.
This position will suit an experienced Commercial or Corporate Insurance professional, ideally from a broking background, however, we will also consider candidates from Commercial / Corporate Underwriting backgrounds, where there is a desire to move into servicing and candidates can demonstrate a high level of relationship management skills.Â

We will rely on you to:
- Service a client portfolio of Multinational clients held by Marsh from around the world
- Responsible for a portfolio of accounts ranging from standalone statuary covers up to large Multidivisional complex risks (including Property, BI, Motor, Liability and Group Travel/PA, Marine & Financial lines programs)
- Oversee all renewal procedures from start to finish as per the Multinational timeline including renewal strategy, risk presentations to the market, negotiations of terms obtained from Insurers and creation of Renewal Reports
- Ensure invoicing and financial information are completed and managed correctly
- Gain an understanding of New Business procedures and practices and provide support when required
- Actively work to develop and expand own portfolio of clients and introduce them to all corners of the Marsh group as appropriate
- Attend and support client visits as required or requested
- Working closely with Marsh overseas offices
- Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.
- Involvement in global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that Marsh Multinationalâs services are properly articulated and utilised
- Be an ambassador for Marsh Multinational â both internally and externally, through conferences, publications and other channels
- Advice on complex regulatory issues â with support from colleagues
- Development of knowledge management and marketing material (including case studies) to evidence a clearly differentiated multinational value proposition and service offering for both Internal and External audiences.
- Provide further career progression opportunities within Multinational by acting as a mentor to Multinational colleagues to share knowledge and skills.
- Internal review and audit of Insurances placements.
- Contribute to and participate in the Group audit program for risk products.
What you need to have:Â
- Commercial or Corporate insurance knowledge/experience from a Broking or Underwriting background.
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
- Awareness of Clientsâ businesses and their business issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentations skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
