JOB SUMMARY

Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems/software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description As the Client Relations and Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the executive team while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in the travel industry.Duties Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
