JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Minimum of a B.Sc in Sales or a related field. 4-6 years experience in sales in service-based industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives. Proficient in Microsoft office tools Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced sales lead to join our dynamic team. The sales lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective sales strategies and exceptional leadership.Key Duties Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales activities, performance, and forecasts for management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
