Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients on flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissue and revalidation of tickets, issuance of EMDs, refund applications, and other travel-related matters.Advise clients on flight itineraries, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.Coordinate with airlines and approved agents to ensure smooth communication, negotiations, and procurement processes.Assist clients with airport check-in procedures, embassy appointments, online check-in, seat allocation, and boarding pass issuance.Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Train and supervise team members to ensure excellence in customer service and achievement of sales targets.Negotiate pricing and commissions with external partners and travel companies.Manage correspondence with airlines, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.Identify opportunities for incremental sales and revenue growth within the client portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure accurate and up-to-date client account information.Facilitate efficient debt recovery from clients when necessary.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry.Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence.Ability to effectively use Amadeus GDS.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and productivity.Flexibility to work flexible hours as required.IATA certification is desirable.


Location: Residency in Abuja is mandatory.
