Responsibilities:

POS Terminal Inspection:

Conduct regular visits to merchant locations to inspect and assess the functionality of POS terminals. Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance on POS terminals to prevent potential issues. Effectively address and resolve technical problems, coordinating with technical support when needed.Replace or repair faulty components to minimize downtime.

Training and Support:

Provide on-site training to merchants on basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of POS terminals.Respond to merchants' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.                         

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of each visit, including the status of POS terminals, issues identified, and actions taken.Generate reports on the overall health and performance of POS terminals in the field.

Motorbike Operation:

Safely operate a motorbike to travel between merchant locations efficiently.Ensure the motorbike is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.

 


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.Proficient in riding a motorbike with a valid motorcycle license.Technical background or experience with POS terminals is preferred but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documenting findings and actions.Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with merchants.

 Working Conditions:

Field-based role, requiring frequent travel between merchant locations.Exposure to various weather conditions while traveling. May involve occasional work outside regular business hours based on merchant needs.
