JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsB.Sc / HND Business in Business Management or a related fieldRelevant certification would be an added advantageMinimum 3years of experience as a Personal/ Executive AssistantExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to prioritize tasks and work without supervisionAbility to make decisions in critical situationsGreat sense of confidentialityStrong attention to details and accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES
ResponsibilitiesManage calendars and schedule appointmentsAct as the point of contact between his/her principaland internal/external clientsArrange travel and logisticsHandle communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)Prepare presentations and documentsManage expense reportsCoordinate meetings and eventsMaintain office supplies and inventoryConduct research forinformation when the need arisesTakeminutes during meetingsOther duties as assigned
