Field Sales Executive

Job Description
- The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into sales.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for eCommerce.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter.
- Experience in selling services is preferred.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and lekki or their environs.
