JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in Nigeria, particularly in Imo State and surrounding areas.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead to join their team and drive business growth in the region.The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence within the healthcare sector.This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the health industry, particularly in health sales, and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion:Identify new business opportunities and market segments in the healthcare sector, with a focus on increasing market share in Imo State and surrounding regions.Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's reach and influence within the healthcare market.Sales and Revenue Growth:Lead the sales efforts for the company's healthcare products and services, driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients.Strategic Partnerships:Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, government bodies, and other relevant entities to enhance the company's market position.Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals and objectives.Client Relationship Management:Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Analyze market data and provide insights to the management team to inform decision-making and strategy development.Proposal and Contract Management:Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.Ensure all agreements and contracts align with the company's policies and legal requirements.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
