RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer calls, messages and web chat enquiries from existing and prospective customers, orders, place orders and schedule dispatch of orders accuratelyMaintain good relationship with partners and vendorsProvide customers with accurate product and service informationEstablish priorities and sequences for the processing and dispatching of customer requests and ordersEscalate complex issues to customer service supervisors for proper resolutionMaintain records of inquiries or complaints as well as logs of interaction with customersGo the extra mile to build and maintain positive trust-relationship with customersPerform all other duties as assigned
