JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, specifically in the cyber security industry. In-depth knowledge of cyber security products, services, and market trends. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. RESPONSIBILITIES

Infytel Communication Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Sales Manager to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cyber security products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction in the cyber security sector.Key DutiesSales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the cyber security domain. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored cyber security solutions. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to inform customers about the benefits and features of our cyber security products and services.Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in the cyber security field. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.Sales Administration: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to inform strategic decision-making. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
