Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Generating new sales opportunities through walk-ins, cold calling, and networking
- Contacting potential customers who have inquired and converting them to members
- Conducting gym tours for potential members and recommending suitable membership options
- Preparing new membership documents, explaining terms, and setting up payment methods
- Building relationships with local businesses to promote corporate gym memberships
- Ensuring consistent new member sign-ups
- Hosting open day events for the public to tour gym facilities
- Compiling regular reports for the sales manager on KPI progress
- Representing Strive Fitness at various community and fitness events
- Collaborating with marketing and events teams to maximize opportunities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably sales-related
- Background in an engineering field is a plus
- Outgoing and personable demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Goal-driven with a knack for achieving KPIs
- Passion for the health and fitness sector
- Driver's license and own transport are advantageous
