JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with HRBPs and other departments to assess current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports regarding various HR metrics, to provide accurate and timely HR data for facilitate strategic choices.Participate and contribute to HRIS related projects such as system upgrades, process improvements and data migration through testing, documentation and providing training to end users.Work with IT and other departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user assistance.Provide assistance and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system's capabilities.
