Job Description
- We are looking to hire an ambitious HR Operations Manager for our client in the Interior design industry to oversee all functions of theHuman Resources department and provide support to employees across departments.
- The ideal HR professional will be required to develop and implement policies, direct and coordinate human resources activities such as recruitment, training and learning management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance supervision and third party service management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful execution of HR processes to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience.
- Improve employee retention and motivate staff through creating employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements where necessary.
- Maintain integrity of HR data for employees' records in accordance with company's policies, legal requirements and best practices.
- Provide specialist advice to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Address employees' enquiries on issues related to compensation, labor regulations, and all other relevant matters.
- Manage and oversee the entire recruiting and hiring process.
- Prepare employees for tasks by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach employees and handle corrections tactfully.
- Scheduling management conferences with employees.
- Handle and resolve employee grievances
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a related degree.
- HR professional certification from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- 3-5 years cognate experience as a HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or related job position in the Human Resources department.
- In-depth understanding of Employment and Labour law.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Team management skills.
