Frigoglass Industries Nigeria Limited is a major player in the Ice Cold Merchandisers (ICM) market and the primary provider of glass packaging in the fast-growing markets of West Africa, serving over 10 countries in the region.

With a focus on African markets in the glass container sector, which are becoming key investment areas for our clients, our goal is to enhance customer value by leveraging our position as a top supplier of glass bottles and complementary packaging solutions in West Africa.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or related sales fields
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles in a B2B company
  • Preferably, experience in the logistics/manufacturing sector

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer accounts and engage with assigned customers in the coverage area
  • Implement account sales plans and agreements to meet annual sales targets
  • Focus on cost triggers related to customer prices and make necessary implementations or negotiations
  • Explore new opportunities to enhance market share and strengthen business relationships
  • Review monthly Customer Accounts results, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to align with budgets
  • Enhance understanding of customers' demand patterns to improve service and identify opportunities
  • Monitor stock levels and address slow-moving stock promptly
  • Communicate regularly with customers, conduct planned visits to address issues, and build strong relations for customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing market analysis and competitor insights to company management and sales team
  • Negotiate and implement annual business budgets in line with sales targets and profitability for agreed profits
