JOB SUMMARY

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.Strong understanding of sales conversion strategies and techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Understand the client's business needs, objectives, and challenges.Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Conversion:Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing key accounts.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve conversion targets.Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.Client Engagement:Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products, services, and offerings.Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and inquiries.Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within key accounts.Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and conversion rates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
