Adcem Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure our sales approach is aligned with the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales-related software.
