At Adcem Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Presentation and sales of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Preparation of action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identification of sales prospects' contact and other accounts as assigned.
- Development and maintenance of sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establishment and maintenance of current client and potential client relationships.
- Management of account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
- Identification and resolution of clients' concerns.
- Preparation of status reports, including activities, closing, follow-up, and goal adherence.
- Communication of information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate staff.
- Development and implementation of sales activities to reduce stock.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in management/Social Science or related fields.
- Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent organization skills with impeccable responsiveness and follow-through on details.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
