JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related disciplinePrior Experience in Sales of Sanitary fittings, Pipe Fittings, waterproofing, Flooring Solutions, Kitchen Wares & Bathroom Fittings, Adhesives, and Formwork materials.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotasExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenMotivated, driven attitudeImpeccable customer service skillsAptitude for persuasion and negotiationExpert in time managementSales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitudeProven track record in a sales environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team.A candidate who will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.A candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction in the field of Luxurious Sanitary fittings, Pipe Fittings, Water Proofing, Flooring Solutions, Kitchen Wares & Bathroom Fittings, Adhesives, and Formwork materials.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a teamTrack all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager reviewPerform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase optionsSource and work customer referralsFacilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customersAnswer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as neededMaintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime valuePromote specific products as directed by upper managementnform leads and customers of current promotions and discountsSelf-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
REQUIRED SKILLS
