- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials usage by site engineers to ensure compliance and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and financial viability.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Lead and manage project teams providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in project management within the real estate and property construction industry.
- Relevant educational qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Experience in auditing materials usage by site engineers to ensure compliance and minimize wastage.
- Age requirement: 45-55 years.
- Possession of professional certifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is preferred.
