We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role with a strong focus on woodwork projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients needing wood-based projects, including custom kitchens, wardrobes, office and home furniture, wooden wall panels, and wooden decorative pieces.
  • Market Research and Trends: Conduct in-depth market research to understand current trends in wood-based designs and project demands.
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Project Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals focused on woodwork projects, including but not limited to wooden kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and decorative wood pieces.
  • Relationship Building and Client Retention: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the woodwork industry, focusing on repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of wooden projects.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Qualifications & Skills
  • A proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a strong focus on woodwork projects.
  • Deep understanding of the woodwork industry, including knowledge of wood materials, carpentry, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year.
