RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team across multiple locations in Nigeria. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products specifically designed for private sector employees. Locations: .Key Duties Identify and approach potential customers within the private sector community to offer our loan products. Build and maintain strong relationships with private sector staff, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective relationship management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team lead to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Familiarity with the private sector community and their financial needs is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong drive for results and passion for exceeding targets. Willingness to travel within assigned locations as needed. Candidates fluent in the local languages of the respective regions will be preferred.
