Job Description
- Preparing letters and reports.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Engaging professionally with parents
- Managing inquiries and requests related to student-parent communication efficiently and courteously.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc graduate
- 3 years of work experience.
- Great communication skills speak well and write excellently
- Must possess a good command of English
- Experienced and very sound in research and content development.
- Must be computer-literate and be able to handle students' and staff electronic database
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Word
- Candidate should possess basic knowledge of accounting
- Preferably a female.
