We are seeking a Front Desk Officer with exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide warm and anticipative service to our guests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area with necessary materials
- • Register arriving guests and assign rooms promptly
- • Provide customer service and handle administrative duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest concerns
- • Answer telephone calls with a positive attitude and provide clear information
- • Prepare outgoing mail and maintain office supplies
- • Monitor vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- • Balance cash and complete balance sheets
- • Maintain guest information accuracy and professionalism
- Requirements:
- • 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Officer
- • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- • Advanced communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- • Ability to work as a team and individually
- • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- • Highly organized and results-oriented with flexibility and pressure management
- • Professional attitude and appearance
- • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs
