  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area with necessary materials
  • • Register arriving guests and assign rooms promptly
  • • Provide customer service and handle administrative duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest concerns
  • • Answer telephone calls with a positive attitude and provide clear information
  • • Prepare outgoing mail and maintain office supplies
  • • Monitor vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • • Balance cash and complete balance sheets
  • • Maintain guest information accuracy and professionalism
  • Requirements:
  • • 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Officer
  • • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • • Advanced communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • • Highly organized and results-oriented with flexibility and pressure management
  • • Professional attitude and appearance
  • • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs
