Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Front Desk Officer to join our team at BAYKINS GROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder levels
• Follow up with branches to ascertain their office needs
• Distribute office items across branches
• Record and file all official documents properly
• Process FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension payments
• Register and renew vehicles and bikes
• Procure and activate CUG lines and phones
• Approve and allocate CUG lines and laptops
• Process payments and renewals for CUG lines
• Manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens
• Ensure adherence to approved budget
• Train and develop subordinates
• Conduct monthly stock counts of the admin store
Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am-2pm
Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate
• Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a similar role
• Reside close to Victoria Island and have a close proximity
Net Pay: N70,000 – N90,000
