JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications At least 2 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the beauty industry Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Knowledge of the makeup industry, beauty trends, and key players in the industry is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends. Bachelor's Degree in any field

RESPONSIBILITIES

Description Our client is in search of an Executive Assistant. This role requires a candidate who possesses strong organizational skill , is proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can anticipate the needs of our client and provide exceptional support. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, effectively managing schedules, projects and client relationships.Duties Coordinate and manage schedule, including appointments, meetings, photo shoots, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and industry professionals, maintaining excellent communication and providing exceptional customer service. Assist in the coordination and execution of makeup projects, including photo shoots, fashion shows and special events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively. Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and managing expenses, to ensure smooth operations of the artist's business affairs. Assist in the procurement and management of makeup products and supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and organizing makeup kits for various projects and engagements. Conduct research on industry trends, upcoming events, and potential clients to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts and monitoring online presence. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information related to clients, projects, and business operations. Represent the client professionally and positively in all interactions, both internally and externally, reflecting the artist's brand values and image. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the business
