Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the inventory of the Company's fashion products, including receiving, storing, and tracking stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on demand forecasts.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Negotiate shipping terms and rates with logistics partners and suppliers
  • Implement quality control checks to ensure products meet the Company's standards before they are shipped to customers.
  • Coordinate with the production team to address any quality issues in the inventory.
  • Work closely with the customer service and production teams to ensure seamless coordination across all stages of the supply chain.

Person Specification

  • BSc / HND in Fashion & Clothing Designing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control and procurement in the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to details.
