JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and programs. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, PHRi).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Description Our clientis currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join their HR Team. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and executing end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work closely with the leadership team to attract, assess, and select top talent that aligns with our business objectives and cultural values.Duties Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy to attract high-quality candidates for various roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement employer branding and talent attraction strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
