Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions to help identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage and update our applicant tracking system.
  • Gather and analyze data related to recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • A strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS is a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong work ethic and composure.
