Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare providers, and clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Develop business strategies for month-on-month revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical consumables or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales performance.
  • Deep understanding of the Northern Nigeria market, particularly Kano.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
