Manage warehouse operations, optimize space, and lead a team of warehouse staff. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations. Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, materials, and products. Supervise warehouse staff, monitor inventory levels, and implement inventory management techniques. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and workplace health standards. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments. Utilize warehouse management systems WMS and inventory control software to manage inventory, track shipments, and analyze warehouse performance metrics. Optimize picking, packing, and shipping processes, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory planning and order processing. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to warehouse operations. Conduct performance evaluations and KPI tracking for warehouse staff, measuring key metrics such as productivity, accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery. Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities, and develop contingency plans for emergencies.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in warehouse management, distribution, or logistics operations
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes
* Leadership and team management skills, with ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
