*Job Summary*:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s online sales channels. This includes managing the e-commerce website, coordinating digital marketing efforts, ensuring accurate product listings, improving user experience (UX), and maximizing online revenue.

*Job Descriptions* :

- E-commerce Operations
Manage and maintain the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Ensure all products are displayed with accurate descriptions, images, and up-to-date availability.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with web developers as needed.
- Sales & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate, average order value, and cart abandonment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve product pages, layouts, and calls-to-action.
- Digital Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement email campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising.
Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for holidays, product launches, or clearance sales.
- Customer Experience
Work with customer service to ensure a smooth shopping experience, including handling issues like returns, refunds, and order tracking.
- Optimize the site’s UX/UI for better usability on both desktop and mobile.
Marketplace Management

*Requirements*:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for children’s products.

- Basic graphic design or HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with third-party fulfillment centers or managing shipping logistics
