We are a retail fashion brand looking for a creative and organized E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online presence. If you're passionate about fashion, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and update all products weekly (descriptions, prices, images, stock levels).
  • Ensure the website reflects current in-store inventory (collaborate with the store's Inventory Officer).
  • Offer support when needed for physical/store inventory.
  • Monitor and process online orders promptly.
  • Respond to online enquiries (email, website chat, WhatsApp).
  • Track website traffic, sales, and customer feedback weekly.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to promote new arrivals online.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in any related field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
