Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with general office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Assist with office management duties, including coordinating office repairs and ensuring the workplace is fully equipped.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent .
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
