Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing and Training Manager is responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts of the company while providing training on marketing strategies and tools to internal teams or clients. This role focuses on developing and executing effective online marketing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and delivering training to empower others to use digital marketing tools proficiently. The position requires both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to campaign management and educational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Manage digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Campaign Management

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, traffic growth, and engagement.
Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for improved results.
Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
Training and Development

Design and deliver training programs to internal marketing teams, clients, or external partners on digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot, etc.).
Provide ongoing training on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Mentor and coach junior marketing team members to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting

Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing detailed performance reports to management.
Use key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and ROI to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement based on insights from campaign analysis.
Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and tools.
Implement and train others on the use of marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ensure proper integration of marketing tools to track and measure campaign success.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when necessary to execute large-scale marketing initiatives.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
Provide customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Host webinars, workshops, or training sessions for clients or external audiences on various aspects of digital marketing.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management and performance analysis.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to digital marketing tools and best practices.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content creation, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and inspire others.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
