Key Requirements
HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 4–7 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proven ability in sales planning, coaching, and team management.
Good market knowledge and ability to gather customer insights.


Key Responsibilities
Maintain and increase sales of the company's products across Jos
Achieve sales targets and goals for designated areas.
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base (distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, motivating them to meet targets.
Conduct market research and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with key distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
