Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Regional Manager to oversee our telecommunications operations in [Region]. The successful candidate will drive business growth, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain network quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve revenue targets.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

5. Manage regional teams, including sales, customer service, and technical staff.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
9. Monitor network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
10. Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
11. Optimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
12. Lead, motivate, and develop regional teams to achieve business goals.
13. Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications operations management.
3. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
5. Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and regulatory frameworks.
6. MBA or related postgraduate degree.
7. Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
8. Experience with network planning, optimization, and security.
