Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Ascentech Service Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue, expand customer base, and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services, presenting them to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Order Processing: Process sales transactions, issue receipts or invoices, and ensure accurate records of sales activities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software or databases.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Commission Structure: 10% - 15% commission on sales revenue.
