
Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), email, and display advertising.
Identify target audiences and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
Set up, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports on key metrics (KPIs).
Analyze data and insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement SEO best practices.
Plan and execute SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create and schedule engaging social media content.
Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and customer interactions.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
Segment email lists to target specific audience groups.
Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for better results.
Content Marketing:
Assist in the development of a content calendar and create valuable and engaging content that attracts and retains the target audience.
Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
Promote content across various digital channels.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Analyze competitor strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in online marketing or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Proficiency in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Online Marketing.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing areas.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Basic graphic design skills.

Immediately after resumption, there shall be provision of a conducive accommodation for our staff and meals shall be provided twice daily.
