Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience & Digital Content Manager to join our team. This role combines front desk operations with digital engagement, requiring a unique blend of customer service and content creation skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive strategies for social media management, content creation, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs) and schedule it across various platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand mentions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handle inquiries, phone calls, and registrations.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features. Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video production is also essential.
