Join our mission to revolutionize backup power access in Lagos As a Technical Field Sales Agent, you'll be the face of our innovative solar-powered battery rental service, educating customers and partners on our cutting-edge locker-style charging stations. This hands-on role combines customer service excellence with technical expertise, requiring you to teach users our mobile app, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across Lagos's busiest commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach customers how to use our battery charging stations and mobile app
• Guide first-time customers through account setup, payment methods, and rental process
• Educate site partners' staff on our technology and customer support procedures
• Ensure positive user experiences and address questions or concerns in real-time
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve our service
• Strictly adhere to health and safety requirements
• Identify and resolve basic battery errors, charging issues, and station malfunctions through basic resets
• Conduct regular health checks on charging stations and report technical issues
• Coordinate with technical team for complex issues requiring specialist intervention
• Maintain detailed logs of technical issues and customer feedback
• Build relationships with local businesses and potential customers
• Gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements
• Represent our company values and mission in all customer interactions
• Monitor site utilization and suggest optimization opportunities

Requirements
• OND/HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (renewable energy, telecoms, or FMCG sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot basic technical or electrical devices.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for demonstrations and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Must reside in Lagos with proximity to major commercial hubs, and be willing to travel daily across city locations.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends when required.
