ADMIN ASSISTANT
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Khemsburg Fabric team. We are a well-established, forward-thinking company. we are looking for an Sales representative to join our operation department. This role is full time and office based at our Office in Anthony Lagos.
As Sales Representative you will be required to:
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have planning & organisational skills.
• Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
• Recording and maintain accurate information.
• Collaborating with part time staffs & senior staffs.
• Input information gathered onto spreadsheets.

As Admin Assistant you will be required to:

Service Management Skills: Efficient service management to execute given tasks and achieve goals.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English Language and communicates well in oral and written formats.
Complex Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify complex problems, and implement solutions.

QUALIFICATION:
High Diploma or OND Certificate
Experience In Managements
Attitude For Learning New Software and Systems
Time Managements and Multitasking Ability
Comfortable Handling Confidential Information


You will be required to work 6 days per week.
The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
In return for your commitment, we will support you in this new opportunity, with
Up to 5 days leave holiday excluding other major breaks per annum.
