Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and drive a culture of continuous performance improvement.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, banking regulations, and financial sector best practices.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with industry standards.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including regulatory training specific to financial services.
Implement strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace that aligns with the bank's values and mission.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, financial regulatory compliance, and microfinance industry practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
