Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling complementary items.

Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and replenished as needed.

Transaction Handling: Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and store inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion or apparel, is advantageous.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
