Ingryd Academy HR Admin Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will play a key role in managing daily HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Lead recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including leaves, absences, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's goals.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Process payroll, track employee attendance, and handle employee benefits administration.
  • Drive performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and managing performance feedback.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related matters, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
  • Respond to HR inquiries from employees, providing accurate information on policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Management on workforce planning and HR strategy development to support the company's growth.
Requirements and Skills:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Human Resource Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS or similar databases).
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification is an added advantage.
