Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

At MEDCOURT PHARMACEUTICAL LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, ensuring the effective management of our most valuable asset - our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the entire recruitment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR function, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Policies Formulation, Review, Implementation, and Compliance: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Good Knowledge of HR Procedures and Processes: Possess a good understanding of HR procedures and processes, with the ability to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Office Suites: Proficient in using office suites, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a good understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • People Management Skills: Possess strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Organizational and Operational Skills: Possess strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws: Possess a good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Management and Leadership Skills: Possess strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Decision-Making Skills: Possess excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, weigh options, and make informed decisions.
