Mobile Sales Representative Lagos

Ascentech Services is seeking a skilled Mobile Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers through our van sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell our products to retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses in the designated area using a company van.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for new business.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and actively educate customers on benefits and features.
- Order Management: Take orders, manage stock levels in the van, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Route Planning: Efficiently plan daily routes to maximize sales opportunities and ensure prompt delivery.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in van sales, direct sales, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software.
The estimated salary for this role is ₦500,000 - ₦800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
